Shipping & Delivery
Most products on are in stock, for customized products (such as LED lights), the production time usually are 2~9 working days. You can choose DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Aramex, EMS, USPS or other shipping service. Please provide your mobile phone number, that is very helpful to deliver your parcel. The economic shipping delivery time are about 5~30 business days, and the express delivery time are about 2~9 business days. On holidays, bad weathers or other unartificial factors, the delivery may be delayed, if you are very urgent to get products, please contact us before place order. We are not responsible for the customs duty or fees, the buyers need to deal with this issue.

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns in 30 days and provide replacements for buyers. The buyers are responsible to the delivery fee. You may return any new products purchased from our website that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The buyers are responsible to the return delivery fee, We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. We will not accept returns of any product more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
